The Abbey Today

Since 1960, the present owners have undertaken to restore this site so important to the history of Normandy.
They created an inviting ambiance, open to all who wish to visit.

Isn’t this, above all, the calling of Grestain? To maintain the memory of Arlette and Herluin, who must have been kind and virtuous people since history says so little about them.
Their resting place is now a nice garden. That’s probably what they would have liked for what is their home since almost a millenium.
